Matt Skinner, branded "London's funkiest sommelier" by the Guardian newspaper, left his native Melbourne in 2002 to head up the wine section at Jamie Oliver's Fifteen restaurant in London, quickly becoming Head of Wine Operations for Fifteen restaurants worldwide. Gifted with the refreshing knack of making wine simple, he has been teaching and writing about wine with his trademark enthusiasm ever since. 2008 has seen Matt move home to Australia to live, work and play in Melbourne full time.
This year Matt has also featured in the brilliant new Lifestyle Network series Tobie & Matt with fellow Fifteener, and best mate Tobie Puttock.
